Job summary

TwelveLabs, Inc. is seeking a Staff-level Product Manager for Platform Integrations to own the roadmap for cloud and data platform partnerships. You will collaborate with platform teams to scope and ship joint integrations, validate partner demand, and manage end-to-end delivery across security, GTM, and joint selling.

You will work with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and others to extend TwelveLabs models into customer ecosystems, balancing technical and business incentives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management with partnerships, platform, or integration focus.
• Customer-facing solutions experience with system architecture and ML depth.
• Strong fluency in cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for co-development and integration partnerships across cloud providers and data platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams at partner companies to scope, prioritize, and ship joint integrations.
• Identify technical risks and design tests validating partner and customer demand before engineering.
• Translate multi-stakeholder requirements into clear product specs for internal and partner teams.
• Lead end-to-end integrations including security, GTM enablement, and joint go-to-market planning.
• Align cross-functional teams on roadmap priorities, pricing, and packaging for partnerships.
• Track partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption as core success metrics.
