Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or closely related field.
• 7–10 years' relevant experience conducting Phase I ESAs, including project and portfolio management and team development.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations including CERCLA, SARA, Brownfields, RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA, SPCC, and storage tank regulations.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate, and manage Phase I ESAs and related projects within Arcadis’ EDD CoP.
• Develop project scopes, prepare proposals, and oversee deliverables and reports.
• Write and provide senior review of Phase I ESAs for complex facilities.
• Mentor junior colleagues supporting Phase I ESAs.
• Prepare proposals and deliver EDD projects facing clients and Arcadis teams.
• Travel up to 25% to project sites and client meetings.
