Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) Professional to support Phase I ESAs and related projects across the continental U.S. You will lead scope development, proposals, and deliverables within Arcadis’ EDD Community of Practice, coordinating with junior staff and senior experts.

The role requires 7–10 years of Phase I ESA experience, strong technical writing, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or closely related field.
• 7–10 years' experience conducting Phase I ESAs and project/portfolio management.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Phase I ESAs and related projects with Arcadis’ EDD CoP.
• Develop scope of work and proposals and oversee high-quality deliverables.
• Write and review Phase I ESAs and related reports and coordinate reviews with stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25% for site visits and client meetings.
