Zusammenfassung

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) Professional to lead Phase I ESAs and related due diligence across national and international projects. You will work within the EDD CoP to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective client support, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and influence project scope.

You will oversee proposals, reports, and portfolio work, coordinate site visits, and travel up to 25% to support clients with complex facilities and manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 7–10 years of Phase I ESA experience with project and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations (CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA).
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage Phase I ESAs and related projects within the EDD CoP.
• Develop scope of work, proposals, and oversee deliverables.
• Perform site visits and review documents; travel up to 25%.
• Mentor junior staff and support portfolio-wide EDD planning.
• Review regulatory permits and assess compliance status.
