Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) Professional to lead Phase I ESAs and related EDD projects. The role supports regional, national, and international assignments and may sit anywhere in the continental U.S.

You will work with Arcadis’ EDD Community of Practice, writing and reviewing ESAs and assisting in project proposals, scopes of work, and client coordination, while mentoring junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
• 7–10 years of Phase I ESA experience with project and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of CERCLA, SARA, RCRA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA, SPCC, and related regs.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Support, coordinate, and manage Phase I ESAs and related projects within the EDD CoP.
• Write and review Phase I ESAs and other EDD deliverables.
• Develop scope of work and proposals; oversee project documents and client communications.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training within the EDD team.
• Coordinate Phase I ESA projects, portfolio work, and Phase II ESA planning.
