Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) Professional to lead Phase I ESAs and related EDD projects across the U.S. You will manage scopes, coordinate reports, and partner with Arcadis’ CoP to deliver high-quality assessments for mergers and acquisitions.

You will mentor junior colleagues, develop proposals, and oversee project deliverables while traveling up to 25% to project sites. A strong background in ASTM E1527-21 and regulatory familiarity is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or closely related field.
• 7–10 years of experience conducting Phase I ESAs, including project and portfolio management.
• Strong technical writing and client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Phase I ESA projects and LCA planning.
• Coordinate Phase I ESAs for multiple sites and portfolios.
• Prepare proposals and review project deliverables with clients and Arcadis teams.
• Mentor junior staff supporting Phase I ESAs.
• Support Phase II ESA planning and regulatory compliance review.
