Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan for assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
• Deliver quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Meet quarterly sales goals within territory while following ethics and regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and managers.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather information from offices and pharmacists to tailor territory strategies for prescribers.
• Leverage sample programs and literature to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
• Respond to customer requests promptly with accurate information.
• Pursue continuous learning in sales, communication, and product knowledge.
