Job summary

Viatris Specialty LLC is seeking a sales professional to develop territory plans and deliver compelling presentations to healthcare customers in the United States. You will work to meet quarterly goals while adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, understanding targeting principles, and planning calls for key prescribers.

You will build strong relationships with peers and customers, travel within the territory, and continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must reside in territory geography and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while following ethical practices and regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles; develop pre-call planning for key targets.
• Build positive relationships with peers, customers, and managers; ensure high call and field productivity.
• Gather input from offices, pharmacists and others to tailor territory strategies for prescribers.
• Leverage samples, literature and other items to raise physician awareness of Viatris products.
