Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience.

• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to travel throughout territory and reside in territory geography.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and drive company vehicle or authorized rental.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan for assigned territory consistent with Viatris plans and objectives.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Build positive and interactive relationships with peers, customers, and managers.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather and utilize information from offices and pharmacists to target prescribers.
• Leverage samples and literature to raise physician awareness.
• Respond to customer requests promptly with consistent information.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
