Qualifications

• HHands-on HRIS exposure with Workday config, security, and testing.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience leading HR system implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and data security in HR systems.
• Proven project, program, and change management skills.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with HR, IT, payroll, and finance.
• Solid understanding of org structures, compensation, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year tech strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
• Govern HR configurations, security, data, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and partner programs.
• Advise senior leaders on platform investments and AI risk.
• Develop HR analytics and lead the analytics team.
• Ensure data privacy and audit readiness.
• Improve platform reliability and user self-service.
