Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the technology ecosystem for People and Community, including Workday, analytics, and employee listening tools. You will guide enterprise HR tech strategy, governance, and data-driven decision‑making at the executive level.

This remote-friendly role reports to senior leaders, drives platform investments, risk management, and responsible AI practices, and collaborates across IT, Finance, Legal, Risk, and HR.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Workday including configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Strong ability to translate business questions into usable insights for leadership.
• Proven experience leading enterprise HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year HR tech strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners for HR tech.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, and security discussions.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team and develop talent.
• Own technology intake and prioritization for HR, balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Assist audits with timely, accurate evidence and controls.
• Safeguard sensitive data and ensure responsible AI use in HR tech.
• Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service for employees and managers.
• Shape enterprise workforce measures and decision frameworks.
• Deliver accurate executive workforce reporting and translate findings for leadership.
• Advance self-service analytics and data literacy for HR partners.
• Oversee employee listening tools with confidentiality protections.
• Evaluate advanced analytics with validation and human review.
