Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead a comprehensive HRIS and workforce analytics program in a remote-capable role. You will shape multi-year technology strategy, govern HR systems, and drive enterprise reporting and AI-enabled insights across the People & Community division.

We seek a seasoned leader with Hands-on Workday expertise, data governance, and strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, compliant, and equitable HR

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise, esp. Workday configuration and security.
• Experience with HR data, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• System implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimizations across modules.
• Compliance, controls, and security within HR systems.
• Project, program, and change management across enterprise initiatives.
• Cross-functional partnerships with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security.
• Core HR knowledge: org structures, compensation, benefits, lifecycle, performance.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year HR technology strategy, roadmap, and investments.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendors.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise technology and AI discussions.
• Lead HR systems & analytics team, focusing on development and inclusion.
• Prioritize technology intake balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Own internal controls and provide audit-ready evidence.
• Protect sensitive employee data and manage AI-assisted decisions.
• Improve platform reliability, adoption, and self-service capabilities.
