Job summary
CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights, remote anywhere in the United States. You will lead the People Systems and Workforce Insights function, shaping technology roadmap, governance, and analytics to empower enterprise decisions.
The role requires 10+ years of HR technology experience, strong Workday expertise, and proven leadership. You will partner with HR, IT, security, and finance to deliver secure, equitable systems and actionable workforce
Qualifications
- 10+ years in HR technology or HRIS programs with leadership experience.
- Hands-on Workday experience including security, configuration, and integrations.
- Strong data governance, reporting, and analytics skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional partnerships across HR, IT, security, and finance.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems and Workforce Insights.
- Lead HR systems governance, security, data, and reporting standards.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relations.
- Advise senior leaders on platform investments and AI governance.
- Develop and mentor the analytics and HR systems team.
- Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.
