CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the multi-year technology direction for People & Community, overseeing HR systems governance, analytics, and employee listening to drive enterprise value.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape platform investments, elevate workforce reporting, and enable equitable, human-centered decision-making across the organization.

Formación

• Hands-on HRIS platform experience with Workday and related HR systems.
• Experience with HR data reporting, dashboards, and audits.
• Strong governance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and partnerships.
• Experience implementing and optimizing HR processes and modules.

Responsabilidades

• Set multi-year technology strategy for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting governance.
• Manage budgets, contracts, renewals, and partner engagements.
• Advise senior leaders on platform investments, AI use, and risk.
• Lead analytics and deliver enterprise workforce insights.
