Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights (Remote) to lead the HR tech ecosystem, analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will own the division’s technology roadmap, govern HR systems, and translate workforce data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Focus areas include Workday governance, data security, and responsible AI, while building a high-performing team that delivers equitable, human-centered decisions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with HR data, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, releases, and optimization.
• Compliance, controls and security within HR systems.
• Project, program and change management for enterprise projects.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
• Core HR knowledge: org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events, performance, and talent data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Systems & Workforce Insights function and tech roadmap.
• Oversee governance of HR system configuration, security, data, and reporting.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and implementation partners.
• Provide executive reporting and workforce insights to leaders.
• Drive self-service analytics and data literacy.
• Ensure data privacy and compliant AI usage.
