CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights - Remote to lead the multi-year technology strategy for People and Community. You will own HR systems, analytics, and AI-enabled insights, partnering with senior leaders across the enterprise to drive value and governance, while ensuring security and equity in decisions.

The role oversees governance, budgeting, and partnerships with IT, Finance, Procurement and Legal, and requires extensive Workday

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday and related HR analytics.
Experience in HR data governance, reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Set and execute multi-year division technology strategy, roadmap, and investments.
Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
Oversee HR technology budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
Lead the People Systems & Workforce Insights function and the data architecture for automation and AI.
Develop and mentor the HR analytics team for self-service and data literacy.
Deliver accurate executive workforce reporting and present clear business implications.
