Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience with leadership
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise including Workday
• Experience with HR data governance and analytics
• System implementation and optimization across modules
• Experience with compliance, controls, and security in HR systems
• Project/program/change management experience
• Cross-functional stakeholder partnership experience
• Core HR knowledge across processes like org structures, compensation, benefits, and lifecycle events

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investments for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR systems configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, and security discussions.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team development and coaching.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Ensure internal controls and audit evidence for compliance.
• Protect sensitive employee data and oversee AI-driven decisions.
