Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the multi-year HR technology strategy, including Workday, analytics, and employee listening platforms. You will partner with senior leaders to drive secure, compliant, and human-centered decisions across People & Community.

The role oversees the technology roadmap, governance, and investments, shaping enterprise outcomes while ensuring data integrity and equitable practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, incl. 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• HR data, reporting, analytics: governance, dashboards, audits, data quality.
• System implementation and enhancement across HR modules and processes.
• Compliance, controls, security: sensitive data handling, access controls, audit support.
• Project, program and change management across enterprise initiatives.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
• Core HR knowledge: org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle, performance.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year division technology strategy and roadmap.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise tech, data, AI, and security forums.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team development and succession planning.
• Own the technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Maintain internal controls evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Safeguard employee data and responsible AI decisions.
