Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the division's technology roadmap, governance, and analytics strategy in a remote US capacity. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to align enterprise standards, protect data, and drive equitable, data-informed decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday, configuration, security, testing and support.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year division technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners in collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement and Legal.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
• Lead, develop, and organize the HR systems and analytics team.
