Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead our HR technology ecosystem and workforce analytics from a remote location in the United States. The role directs multi-year strategy for People and Community tech, data governance, and employee listening platforms, advising senior leaders on platform investments and responsible AI use.

You will shape enterprise HR reporting and analytics, partnering across HR, IT, finance, and legal.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on Workday HRIS implementation, security, and integration.
• Experience in HR data reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of compliance, controls, and data security in HR systems.
• Experience leading enterprise HR projects and cross-functional programs.
• Strong partnership with HR, payroll, IT and finance.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute multi-year HR technology strategy and roadmap.
• Govern HR systems configuration, security, data, and reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, and partner selections for HR tech.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team and develop talent.
• Deliver accurate executive workforce reporting and insights.
• Advance self-service analytics and data literacy for HR partners.
• Ensure data protection and ethical AI usage in HR systems.
