Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow the PEO client base in the San Francisco region. You will identify client needs, present Paychex PEO solutions to decision makers, and manage end-to-end onboarding while building long-term relationships with referral sources.

The role requires a HS diploma and extensive sales experience, with travel as needed. You will work under supervision to meet quota attainment and contribute to market share growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5 years of relevant sales or sales management experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales or sales management experience (alternative).

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources beyond the Paychex base.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the PEO service.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Travel outside the geographic territory as needed for conferences or training.
