Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH in Napa, CA is seeking an experienced PEO Sales professional to develop new clients and expand the client base within the PEO Sales organization. You will work under general supervision to achieve quota targets and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting Paychex PEO solutions to key stakeholders, onboarding new clients, and maintaining a positive onboarding experience. Travel may be required for conferences and training.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within quota attainment guidelines.
• Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and new referral sources outside the Paychex base using various channels.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure a smooth transition onto the service.
