Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a sales professional to grow the PEO client base by identifying needs and presenting Paychex solutions to key stakeholders. You will manage referrals, prospect for new clients, and onboard new PEO clients to ensure a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience.

Role requires HS diploma and several years of relevant sales or sales management experience. The position involves travel to attend meetings and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma - Required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and increase client base within Paychex PEO sales.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients using phone, direct mail, seminars, and current client visits.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the service.
