Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a high-energy sales professional to expand the PEO client base in the Portland area and manage a multichannel outreach strategy. You will present Paychex solutions to decision makers and coordinate onboarding for new PEO clients, while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes quota attainment, travel as needed, and collaboration with sales teams to drive market share and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 5+ years in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities and referrals to grow revenue.
• Present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders in person or via virtual meetings.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with potential and current referral sources, especially brokers.
• Prospect for new clients through calls, mailings, seminars, and marketing programs.
• Ensure accurate new business paperwork and timely reporting of activities.
