Job summary

Under general supervision, you will identify client needs, present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders, schedule appointments, onboard new clients, and travel as required to attend conferences and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and expand client base to increase profits in PEO Sales.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside Paychex base.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the service.
