Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a results‑driven sales professional to grow the PEO client base and increase profits within the PEO Sales organization. This role focuses on selling PEO products and services to new clients while expanding relationships with brokers and referral sources.

Under general supervision, you will identify client needs, present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders, onboard new PEO clients, and collaborate with sales partners to close deals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 5 years of sales experience or equivalent.
• 2 years of sales management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and grow the client base in the PEO Sales org.
• Identify client needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit brokers to secure referrals.
• Prospect new clients using phone, mail, seminars and referrals.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transitions.
• Analyze prospects and route to the right sales partner.
• Complete new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Travel as needed for conferences, training, and meetings.
