Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• 5 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside the Paychex base using phones, mail, seminars and visits.
• Analyze prospects’ needs to determine suitable products and refer to the right sales partner.
• Onboard new PEO clients ensuring a smooth transition and positive onboarding experience.
