HUB International in the United States (Oregon) seeks a Payroll Specialist II to oversee multi-client payrolls across states, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. This role requires expert knowledge of major payroll systems and a customer-obsessed service mindset to maintain client loyalty.

You will process payroll, handle inquiries, and coordinate with accounting, delivering accurate, timely payrolls while upholding confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience in a multi-client environment required.
• Certified Payroll Professional certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee, prepare and produce accurate payrolls for multiple clients across states.
• Check timesheets for accuracy and make adjustments for raises, bonuses, etc.
• Review payroll reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client files and PII.
• Analyze payroll results and advise on actions while exercising independent judgment.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from clients and employees.
• Process employee garnishments and coordinate GL processing with accounting.
