Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Payroll Operations and Employee Service Specialist to coordinate day-to-day payroll tasks with a Managed Services Provider, ensuring accurate processing, audit readiness, and data integrity for legal and tax purposes.

You will handle data entry, respond to employee inquiries, support garnishments, and act as a subject-matter expert on time and payroll systems, partnering with HR, Benefits, and Finance to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-state payroll processing experience (5,000+ employees).
• Experience processing payroll with ADP GlobalView, Ceridian Dayforce, or SAP preferred.
• CPP or FPC certification from the APA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily payroll tasks with MSP to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Enter and verify job, salary, and personal data not interfaced from HRIS to payroll.
• Analyze audit reports and resolve data discrepancies between HRIS and payroll systems.
• Support garnishment processes and ensure SOX compliance and data privacy.
• Respond to employee, manager, and stakeholder inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Act as SME for time and payroll system functionality and assist other HR/Finance partners.
