HUB International is seeking a Payroll Specialist II to oversee payrolls for multiple clients across several states, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and internal policies. The role emphasizes strong client relations, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients independently to deliver accurate, timely payrolls.

Experience with Paylocity, Paycor, UKG Ready/Pro, UKG Pro, Ceridian Dayforce, ADP WFN, Paycom or Paychex is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, prepare, and produce accurate payrolls for multiple clients in multiple states.
• Check timesheets for accuracy and make payroll adjustments for raises, bonuses, and severance.
• Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate payroll general ledger processing with accounting.
• Input employee changes and maintain deductions and banking information.
• Provide service support to employees and management.
