Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Multi-state payroll processing experience.
• FPC and/or CPP certification preferred.
• ADP payroll certification or experience.
• HIPAA compliance training completed.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll using ADP with a high degree of accuracy.
• Enter and reconcile payroll data in HRIS systems and spreadsheets prior to posting payroll.
• Monitor the payroll inbox daily and respond to inquiries or payroll changes the same day.
• Ensure timely, professional communication to support employee experience.
• Administer wage garnishments in accordance with IWOs and applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate payroll records for each bi‑weekly payroll cycle.
• Ensure compliance with local, city, and municipal tax filing requirements.
• Conduct audits of payroll withholding limits and ACA reporting support.
• Support preparation of monthly financial statements and BLS reports.
• Standardize payroll procedures and assist with training guides.
