Job summary

Garver is seeking a Payroll Specialist II to join our Finance Team in Nashville, TN. This role supports a wide range of payroll functions and collaborates with the Corporate Payroll Manager and Finance Team.

You will process payroll via ADP, manage data in HRIS and spreadsheets, ensure compliance, and assist with audits and reporting while upholding strict confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Multi-state payroll processing experience.
• FPC and/or CPP certification preferred.
• ADP payroll certification or experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll using ADP with accuracy.
• Enter and reconcile payroll data in HRIS/spreadsheets before posting.
• Respond to payroll inquiries same day including raises and changes.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure tax compliance.
• Assist with ACA reporting and audits as needed.
