Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Multi-State payroll processing experience.
• FPC and/or CPP certifications.
• ADP Payroll Certification.
• HIPAA Compliance Training completed.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Publisher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll using ADP with a high degree of accuracy.
• Enter and reconcile payroll data in HRIS systems and spreadsheets prior to posting payroll.
• Monitor the payroll inbox daily and respond to inquiries or payroll changes the same day.
• Ensure timely, professional communication to support employee experience.
• Administer wage garnishments in line with IWOs and laws.
• Maintain accurate payroll records for each biweekly payroll cycle.
• Ensure compliance with local, city, and municipal tax filing requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of withholding limits (401k, HSA, FSA) per IRS rules.
• Support ACA reporting requirements and final pay law compliance.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and reports.
