Job summary

Garver, LLC is seeking a professional to join the Finance Team in our North Little Rock, AR office to support comprehensive payroll functions. You will process payroll via ADP, reconcile data, and ensure tax and compliance across multiple states while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years of payroll experience, CPP/FPC certification, and ADP certification. Proficiency in Excel and Publisher is expected, with strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of payroll experience
• Multi-State payroll processing experience
• FPC and/or CPP certification
• ADP Payroll Certification
• HIPAA Compliance Training completed
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Publisher
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Confidential handling of payroll information

Responsibilities

• Process payroll using ADP with high accuracy
• Enter and reconcile payroll data in HRIS/spreadsheets
• Monitor payroll inbox and respond to inquiries the same day
• Administer wage garnishments per IWOs and laws
• Maintain payroll records for each bi-weekly cycle
• Ensure tax filing compliance for local/state
• Audit withholding limits (401k/HSA/FSA)
• Support ACA reporting requirements
• Prepare reports for state/federal agencies as required
• Assist with monthly financial statements and external audits
• Standardize payroll procedures and update training guides
• Assist with special payroll projects assigned by Payroll Manager
• Perform other related duties as needed
