Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - Partner to support sales activities and act as a solution evangelist. You will lead complex requests, mentor junior engineers, and deliver demonstrations and PoCs to clients and partners.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with account executives, organize partner trainings, and help shape the product roadmap through feedback from field deployments and customer interactions. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience supporting SaaS applications.
• Four+ years in sales engineering or related roles.
• Relativity Certification preferred (RCA) or the ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support sales through technical consultations for accounts.
• Lead complex requests and mentor junior staff members.
• Create presentations and demos; manage Proof of Concept projects.
• Engage with partner accounts and internal teams to enable sales readiness.
