We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead facility operations, drive revenue, manage budgets, and coach a diverse team. The role demands strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service in a fast-paced, visitor-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service skills and focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task or work independently.
• Ability to react and problem solve quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Documents or Spreadsheets.
• Experience budgeting and P&L review a plus.
• Parking management experience preferred but not required.
• License: valid state driver's license with current address and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations with strong leadership and client relationships.
• Hire, train and develop frontline staff for service excellence.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and expense reviews.
• Ensure parking, security and cash control procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily deposits and monitor cash receipts and audits.
• Manage the operation budget and adjust for unforeseen circumstances.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable and payroll.
• Staffing planning and performance management.
• Communicate proactively with clients to improve operations.
• Monitor facility maintenance and aesthetics.
• Support revenue optimization through rate studies and marketing plans.
• Oversee safety improvements and OSHA compliance.
