Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is transforming parking through AI-powered, checkout-free experiences. This Senior Operations Manager role leads facility operations, drives client relationships, and ensures service excellence across a large network.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and safety programs while optimizing revenue and costs. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading, managing and motivating teams.
• Strong customer service skills and focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task or work independently.
• Ability to react and problem solve quickly.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Documents or Spreadsheets.
• Prior experience developing budgets and P&L reviews a plus.
• Parking management experience preferred but not required.
• License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and vendor services for the location.
• Handle accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
