Qualifications

• High School graduate; parking experience preferred.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with current address.
• Oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong customer orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day location management within contractual guidelines.
• Support programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Help develop property-level financial and operational goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: customer interaction, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure safety and accuracy in reports and deposits.
