We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a diverse team, optimize facilities, strengthen security and cash controls, and drive revenue while managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience budgeting and reviewing P&L is a plus.
• Ability to react and solve problems quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns quickly while communicating proactively to improve operations.
• Hire, develop, and supervise a diverse, Promise-driven team and staff to meet duties and service goals.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash controls, expense reviews, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Implement all policies to ensure OSHA compliance.
