The Operations Manager role leads a diverse team, ensures compliance, and drives profitability across facilities in the Paterson region.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage budgets, oversee cash control and security, and coordinate maintenance and vendor services to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong focus on customer experience and problem solving.
• Experience budgeting and P&L review is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning internal software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Ensure parking, security, and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budget management.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash tasks.
• Monitor facility maintenance and safety.
• Ensure OSHA compliance.
