Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience and client satisfaction by solving problems.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly.
• Familiarity with common computer applications and internal software.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team to deliver superior customer experience.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cost control, and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness, and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Comply with OSHA laws and internal policies.
