The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on financial oversight in a fast-paced environment. Salary starts around $51,500 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong focus on delivering the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience budgeting and reviewing P&L statements is a plus.
• Ability to react and solve problems quickly.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our promises by resolving client requests and communicating proactively on improvements to operations.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse, Promise-driven team; ensure staffing levels meet duties and customer experience goals.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, marketing, cash controls, expense review, and budgeting.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvement plans.
• Implement policies to ensure OSHA compliance.
