Qualifications

• Leads, manages, and motivates a diverse team to deliver client satisfaction.
• Delivers exceptional customer experience by identifying and solving problems.
• Experience developing budgets and P&L reviews is a plus.
• Ability to react and problem-solve quickly using available tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and communicate improvements proactively.
• Hire, train, and supervise a diverse team to maintain service levels.
• Ensure proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash tasks.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA policies.
