Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Reserving Practitioner to lead and transform traditional reserving engagements for North America’s P&C sector. You will guide reserve transformations, deploy ResQ and Unify technologies, and mentor professionals across consulting teams.

The role focuses on delivering high-value insights, building client relationships at senior levels, and driving growth within the ICT practice. Remote-ready with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of reserving experience (NAIC Statements of Actuarial Opinion qualification by 2026).
• Deep knowledge of the North America P&C market (personal lines, commercial lines, reinsurance).
• Ability to develop relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Self-driven with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead traditional reserving engagements and reserve transformation projects.
• Lead strategic local and global client engagements and relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Act as a senior practitioner and SME in reserving, contributing to thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop professionals across products in the P&C practice.
• Collaborate to deliver actuarial and technology solutions and support go-to-market activities.
