Coalition, Inc. is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst to evaluate loss reserves across multiple P&C lines. This full-time remote role focuses on quarterly reserve and profit share analyses and translating data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare clear actuarial reports for senior management and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of P&C reserving experience and is progressing toward ACAS/FCAS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of P&C actuarial experience focusing on reserving and financial reporting.
• Progress toward ACAS/FCAS after successful completion of multiple actuarial exams.
• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel experience for building and maintaining actuarial models and analyses.
• Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with SQL, R, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly reserve and profit share analyses using standard actuarial methodologies
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to build and maintain reserving exhibits and monitoring dashboards
• Prepare clear actuarial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
