Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Senior People Operations Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic partner across Technology and Operations. You will build, advise, and deliver independently while integrating into our HR structure.

You will work closely with leaders to drive programs that are pragmatic and forward-thinking, earning trust from technically minded leaders and shaping people initiatives across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
• Experience developing compensation structures, job architecture, or leveling frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategy to outcomes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in scaling or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, Rippling, BambooHR.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner across Technology, Operations, and Claims when needed.
• Align people strategies with business goals through relationships with leaders.
• Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting and reviews.
• Design and implement compensation frameworks and leveling structures.
• Identify trends from people data and translate into actionable insights.
• Drive change management as the business scales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive people programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
