Job summary

WTW in North America P&C Reserving seeks a senior practitioner to lead engagements, drive reserve transformation, and apply ResQ and Unify to deliver client value.

The role supports remote/virtual work with travel as needed and requires deep actuarial expertise and client leadership across regions.

Fellowship with the CAS and 15+ years of reserving experience are required, plus an undergraduate degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society with at least 15 years of relevant reserving experience.
• Will meet qualification standards to sign NAIC Statements of Actuarial Opinion for year-end 2026.
• Deep knowledge of the North America P&C insurance market, including personal lines, commercial lines and reinsurance.
• Ability to build strong relationships, and to influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Strong analytical skills including ability to draw conclusions and identify trends from data in a logical, systematic way.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and delivering quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Undergraduate degree and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and/or lead traditional reserving engagements and reserve transformation projects.
• Lead process automation initiatives using ResQ and Unify.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Mentor and guide professionals across products and dimensions of P&C reserving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actuarial and technology solutions.
