Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in the United States is seeking a senior reserving professional to join the North America P&C Reserving proposition within ICT. You will lead engagements and drive reserve transformation, applying ResQ and Unify to deliver clear insights and technology-enabled solutions.

This role requires building strong client relationships, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff while meeting revenue targets across the region. The position supports remote work.

Qualifications

• Associate or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society with 15+ years in reserving and related automation
• Qualified to sign NAIC Statements of Actuarial Opinion for 2026 year-end
• Deep knowledge of North America P&C insurance, personal lines, commercial lines, and reinsurance
• Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
• Self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity and innovative solutions
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends in data
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering on time
• Strong client relationships and teamwork
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Undergraduate degree
• Willing to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and/or lead reserving engagements and related automation projects
• Develop and nurture local and global client relationships and opportunities
• Lead go-to-market activities and sales pursuits in the region
• Collaborate with capital modeling, underwriting, pricing, and claims teams to deliver actuarial and technology solutions
