Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive revenue, retention, and strategic partnerships within a portfolio of Property & Casualty carriers. The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning solutions to improve underwriting performance and profitability.

The position is remote with possible in-person attendance at events, reporting to the Sales VP. You will lead strategy, close deals, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in Property & Casualty, strategic account management, business development, consulting, or related client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of P&C operations: underwriting, risk assessment, pricing, segmentation, portfolio management, and carrier growth.
• Proven ability to build and influence executive-level relationships with large, complex insurers.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and consultative selling, using data, analytics, and insurance tech to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic P&C carrier accounts to meet revenue, retention, and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer goals and ROI.
• Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to contract close with accurate forecasting.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and build compelling business cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Legal and executive leadership to deliver solutions.
