Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue, retention and partnerships across a portfolio of Property & Casualty insurance carriers. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close.

The role requires 5+ years in P&C insurance, strong executive relationship skills, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Leadership to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of success in Property & Casualty insurance, strategic account management, business development, consulting, or related client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance operations, including underwriting, risk assessment, pricing, segmentation, portfolio management, and carrier growth strategies.
• Proven ability to build and influence executive-level relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives within large, complex insurance organizations.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with experience leveraging data, analytics, predictive modeling, fraud, underwriting, and insurance technology solutions to deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Property & Casualty insurance carrier accounts, achieving annual revenue, retention, and growth objectives through proactive account management and business development.
• Develop and execute long-term account strategies, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by aligning customer goals with solutions that improve underwriting, risk management, pricing, fraud mitigation, and profitability.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives, while building compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable value and return on investment.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity qualification through contract negotiation and close, maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account growth plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership, to deliver innovative solutions and drive successful customer outcomes.
